1. The Service

AIChatBorg is a software-as-a-service platform that provides an AI-powered chatbot which businesses embed on their websites to automate customer support, capture leads and assist with sales. The service is delivered entirely online.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, in Indian Rupees (INR).
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable GST (currently 18%) will be added at checkout.
• Eligible paid plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing content; (c) send spam or unsolicited messages; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or (e) resell or misuse the service in a way that harms us or other users.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

6. AI-Generated Responses

The chatbot generates responses using artificial intelligence based on the content you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot, and we are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability
