Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions to AIChatBorg, operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS / COMPANY NAME]. Last updated: 1 July 2026.
1. Free Trial
Eligible paid plans include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription and billing begin automatically when the trial ends.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@aichatborg.com. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current cycle, except as described below.
3. Refund Eligibility
As AIChatBorg is a digital subscription service, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged due to a technical or billing error on our part.
- You were charged after a valid, timely cancellation request.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same subscription.
4. Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for a refund: (a) partial or unused periods of a subscription after a cycle has started; (b) fees where the service was used substantially during the billing period; and (c) add-ons or usage-based charges already consumed.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@aichatborg.com with your registered account email, the transaction/invoice ID and the reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days and, where eligible, process the refund as described above.
