1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

AIChatBorg provides an online AI chatbot service. There are no physical goods to ship. All access is delivered electronically through your online account.

2. Service Activation & Delivery

• Access to your account is available immediately after successful sign-up.
• On successful payment, your selected plan and its features are activated automatically, typically within a few minutes.
• You deploy your chatbot by adding a single line of embed code to your website, available from your dashboard.

3. Delivery Confirmation

A payment confirmation and invoice are sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive confirmation or your plan is not active within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.
